Support Your Practice
If you’re eligible for the free flu vaccine on the NHS, we ask that you contact the surgery to make an appointment or alternatively, smart-phone users can wait to receive their self-book invitations by SMS and save waiting in phone queues. It helps support the practice by choosing to have your vaccine here.
Flu Clinics
There are various clinics being held. Contact the surgery to make an appointment if you've not already been invited.
Eligible Patients
The flu vaccine is given free on the NHS to adults who:
- are 65 and over
- are aged 18-64 in a clinical risk group
- are pregnant
- are in long-stay residential care
- receive a carer's allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
- live with someone who is more likely to get a severe infection due to a weakened immune system, such as someone living with HIV, someone who has had a transplant, or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis
